We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to lock in your current rate for the next 12 months by paying your annual membership in full and cancelling your existing monthly Direct Debit.

Important Changes to Concession Memberships from 1st September 2027
We would like to inform you that we have made every effort to maintain our concession membership rates for many years. However, due to the introduction of business rates and the continued rise in utility costs, chemicals, equipment maintenance, staffing and ongoing operational expenses, this category is
unfortunately no longer sustainable.
We have also recently undertaken market research to benchmark our membership categories and pricing against comparable leisure facilities. Following this review, we have made the decision to remove the Concession membership category from 1st September 2027 and align these memberships with our standard pricing structure. As this change will not take effect until September 2027, we are providing plenty of advance notice to help you prepare for this change.
We remain committed to providing high-quality facilities, services and value for all our members, while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the Centre. By making these changes, we can continue to invest in our facilities, equipment, programmes and staff, helping us to maintain and enhance the experience we provide for both current and future members.
Looking Ahead to September 2027
• From 1 September 2027, Platinum and Gold Concession Memberships will automatically move to our discounted Corporate Membership Rate.
• From 1 September 2027, Silver Concession Memberships will automatically move to our Standard Silver Membership Rate (please note there is not a Silver Corporate Membership Category).
• Before this change takes effect, you will have the opportunity to secure the Concession Membership Rate for a further 12 months by paying annually in August 2027.
• We will contact you nearer the time with full details of this option.
• Concession membership rates will remain unchanged throughout the 2026/2027 membership year (September – August).
