Centre Badminton Coach Lesley was recently informed she had won this year’s Badminton England Grassroots Coach of the Year Award, along with another great coach.
In her own words: “ There are so many coaches who are worthy winners that through creating opportunities etc, make such a positive difference in their communities, through the sport of Badminton. It is a privilege to be a coach and coach educator, meeting and working with so many great people. I just love it and find it very rewarding.
