In today’s society, with the fast pace of life, ‘feeling good’ is increasingly more relevant and important to us all. It is just as important to keep the mind and soul as healthy as the body and this can be achieved and improved with the therapies we offer.
Many people live with daily obstacles such as stress, tension, muscle aches and pains. Massage can help with all of these issues by attacking the problem at its core point, enabling the body to relax and your mind to feel clearer. You will find a selection of treatments and therapies available at the Centre, should you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a charge for your treatment.
Massages

Sport Massage
Sports massage is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation. A sports massage can be applied in a sporting and non-sporting context. A sports massage is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. Sports massage helps relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion’s, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a type of therapeutic massage that can be performed both gentle and vigorous. Swedish massage uses a wide range of massage techniques and strokes to promote a relaxation effect. Gentle massage techniques are performed during a Swedish massage to help warm up muscles, increase the blood circulation and release tension. Receiving a Swedish massage is also used to promote other health benefits. The health benefits of a Swedish massage are improved blood circulation, stimulation of the lymphatic system, prevention of muscle injury and decreased pain.
