Distance badge and Diving morning

We are pleased to be running two special swimming sessions on Saturday 25th July:

Distance Badge Morning (Stage 1 and above)

• 08:00 – 11:00 (multiple time slots available – please see poster)

Swimmers can attend to work towards a distance award of up to 800m. Please note that distances over 25m must be performed to Swim England recognised standards for each stroke during the swim.

Diving Skills Sessions (Stages 6 and above)
Two sessions are available:

• 09:00 – 10:00
• 10:00 – 11:00

These sessions will include an introduction to the key skills required to perform a safe and effective dive from both the poolside and diving blocks.

• Distance Badge Morning:              £7.00 (includes badge and certificate)
• Diving Session:                             £11.00 per session

Swimming Crash Courses

We’re excited to share the following details of our Summer Crash Courses.

Monday 27th – Thursday 30th July        10:00 – 12:00    Stages 1-6

Monday 3rd – Thursday 6th August        10:00 – 12:00    Stages 1-4

Monday 17th – Thursday 20th August     15:00 – 17:00    Stages 1-6

The lessons run for 30 minutes, with a minimum age of School Year R.

The cost for the 4-day crash course is;
Member                          £44.00
Non-member                  £50.80
