Our Meno Fit Courses with Yuta are designed to support women experiencing menopause symptoms through exercise classes, educational talks and group conversations..
The 1st course started on Thursday 17th October for 6 weeks, everyone who attended shared their own experiences, such as HRT treatment, supplements they found beneficial, habits everyone can related to. Their personal experiences and recommendations were very useful for others and made them relise they were not alone.
The group was thrilled with the variety of fitness classes offered during the course, which inspired them to explore new activities. Below is the list of fitness classes they took part in.
