Fitness Instructor Josh and a group of close friends took part in The London to Brighton Bike Ride on Sunday 15th June.
The London to Brighton Bike Ride is a popular fundraising event for various charities and is known as Europe’s oldest charity bike ride. The ride is typically a 55-mile cycle from London to Brighton’s seafront.
Once leaving London, the route is predominantly a cycle along quiet country lanes passing through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs where the riders are rewarded with amazing views and a water break!
Josh completed the event to raise funds and awareness for Meningitis Now, a charity that helped support a family close to Josh.
