We are always keen to make improvements and listen to our members feedback.

As you may recall, we invited you to participate in our members’ survey last September, specifically focusing on the timing of when our online booking system opens.

Based on the results, we will be implementing a few changes:

• The online booking time will open at 05:30, replacing the current 00:00 time slot.
• The number of advanced booking days will be reduced from 21 to 14.

We believe that by adjusting the advance booking days, it will help reduce no-shows and, in turn, ease waiting lists.

These updates will take effect from Monday 24th February 2025.
